"It's not just about breathing better. It's about living again."
Elizabeth Moffett isn’t a social media celebrity. She doesn’t appear on talk shows, and she didn’t go viral making miracle claims. But everyone who walks into her small-town clinic in Kentucky remembers her for life.
Elizabeth is a Registered Respiratory Therapist and Certified Asthma Educator. If you ask her why she does what she does, the answer comes without hesitation:
"Because I know what it’s like to watch someone you love lose their breath… and not be able to help."
That’s exactly what happened when she lost her grandmother — a strong, loving woman who was slowly suffocated by something no one could explain. That pain became Elizabeth’s life mission.
For over 20 years, she has specialized in pulmonary care — helping thousands of people, from ex-smokers to those who never smoked but still struggled with cough, shortness of breath, and restless nights.
During the pandemic, Elizabeth worked months on the front lines. She saw patients like David arrive on the edge of collapse… and helped him recover. But she also lived the heartbreak of losing Cynthia, a single mother with chronic lung disease. Elizabeth held her hand until the very end.
"I made a promise that night — to do something for the ones who are still here. To never again accept people being treated like statistics. And to find a real way to help."
Elizabeth wasn’t looking for a miracle. She was searching for something real — a gentle, natural, and accessible way to support respiratory well-being. That journey gave birth to what is now known as Breathe.
But to her, Breathe is not a product. It’s a promise. A response built with care, science, and human experience.
Today, Elizabeth continues her work at the clinic in Kentucky, writes books (one of which was recognized by Book Authority), and receives messages like:
These aren’t promises. They’re real stories — and each one reminds Elizabeth why she wakes up every day with purpose.
